YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for active temporary support for our Order Fulfillment department, which is not only characterized by strong communication skills, but also by absolute reliability. Exciting tasks await you in cooperation with various departments such as Sales or Purchasing as well as the customers themselves:
 
  • You will be responsible for order entry in close coordination with technical and field service
  • You will prepare the documents required for dispatch and strictly adhere to the applicable customs guidelines
  • You will notify delivery and collection dates
  • You will work closely with logistics to ensure loading to the customer, as well as with production planning and purchasing to coordinate communication with our customers
  • You create and evaluate evaluations, in particular taking into account costs and delivery reliability
  • You take over the control and follow-up of delivery confirmations and export notes
  • You communicate with authorities and external service providers in the forwarding sector
  • You participate in specialist projects
 

YOUR PROFILE

You have successfully completed your commercial training in freight forwarding, wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable field and have already gained some professional experience. You also have professional experience in export processing and are familiar with ERP systems (preferably SAP). Communication in English is just as natural for you as in German. And this is also important:
 
  • Confident handling of all common MS Office products 
  • You count teamwork, strong communication skills in German and English as well as analytical and structured thinking among your strengths 
  • You have an independent and structured working style as well as good organizational and assertiveness skills
