YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Events Manager role is a dynamic position that combines project management expertise with executive support responsibilities. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, tenacity, and the ability to multitask effectively and improvise in a fast-paced environment.
 
Event Planning and Execution:
  • Lead the planning and execution of various global corporate events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and team-building activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure all aspects of events are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate event invitations, support in travel organization and hotel booking
  • Oversee onsite event management and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events
 
Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on event-related activities
  • Represent the company professionally at events and networking opportunities
 
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve event processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and attendees to evaluate event success and implement improvements for future events

YOUR BACKGROUND

The Events Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of global corporate events. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. Furthermore we are looking for a person with the following skills:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event execution
  • Previous experience providing executive-level support is a plus
  • Languages: English and German, any additional language is a plus
