Condair Group has grown sustainably in recent years, and is planning to expand further. With the continuous development into a globally integrated group, it is pivotal for us to drive digital transformation initiatives inside the company, for process efficiency and strategic agility.

Therefore we are looking for a Business Analyst with a focus on financial engineering and the ability to understand and use data in a beneficial way.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting and driving several projects on digital transformation, forecast modelling and the implementation of new reporting tools
Understand business issues, develop solutions and execute them independently
Build financial models (e.g. forecasting) based on current business problems and understand the use of AI and ML
Data collection and processing from different sources, such as SQL server, TM1 IBM Cognos Controller
Develop PowerBI by implementing new reports based on the collected data and ensure it fits into the current landscape
Build solutions for several stakeholders to analyse and interpret data for them to get new insights or discover new pattern

YOUR PROFILE

MSc in Financial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, or related fields
3+ years’ experience in data analytics and modelling
Experience in project management and digital transformation
Experience in Digital Transformation projects, especially in a leading role
Good Excel, VBA and Power BI skills
Firm command of SQL and MDX, familiarity with IBM Cognos Controller
Knowledge of at least 1 programming language (excluding VBA)
Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues from technical and non-technical backgrounds, good aptitude to translate soft requirements into concrete project definition
Ability to work independently and prioritize
Knowledge of SAP, Generative AI is a plus
