YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We offer you the opportunity to actively shape your start to your professional career with us. Your tasks will be as varied as the departments you will get to know during your training with us. In addition to the Sales, Manufacturing Engineering, Customer Service, Purchasing, Order Processing, Finance and HR departments, you will also spend time in Production and Production Planning to get to know our products in detail. You can also expect the following:
- We will teach you how to organise, schedule, communicate, prioritise and monitor
- We will show you how to respond flexibly to changing requirements or tasks
- You will learn about the diversity of commercial and business management processes as well as the Andatec and SAP software applications
- We will show you the value creation, procurement and sales processes in a macroeconomic context
- During your training, your trainers will always be on hand to offer advice and support, and they will prepare you for your intermediate and final examinations
YOUR PROFILE
We believe that the following will help you successfully complete your training:
- You have (soon to be) successfully completed your A-levels
- You have very good written and spoken German skills as well as good spelling and grammar
- You understand English texts and can also communicate in English
- You have a good understanding of numbers and are not afraid of Excel spreadsheets and statistics
- You are confident in using MS Office products
- Confidence, diligence, communication and teamwork are your strengths.
