Trainee office management assistant (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We offer you the opportunity to actively shape your start to your professional career with us. Your tasks will be as varied as the departments you will get to know during your training with us. In addition to the sales, customer service, purchasing and order processing, finance and HR departments, you will also take a detour to production and our warehouse to get to know our products in detail. And here's what else you can expect:
- We will teach you how to organise, schedule, communicate and prioritise
- We will show you how to respond flexibly to changing requirements or tasks
- You will learn how to organise business trips, conferences and seminars and how to prepare and follow up on them effectively
- We will show you how to write professional letters and emails and how to use your communication skills effectively
- You will learn how we work in a customer- and service-oriented manner at Condair and how we apply our commercial thinking in a targeted manner
- You will learn about the variety of administrative processes and also how to work with Andatec and SAP
- During your training, your trainers will always be on hand to offer advice and support, and they will prepare you for your intermediate and final examinations
YOUR PROFILE
We believe that the following will help you successfully complete your training:
- You have (soon) successfully completed your secondary school leaving certificate or A-levels
- Very good written and spoken German skills as well as good spelling and grammar
- A good understanding of numbers and no fear of Excel spreadsheets and statistics
- You are confident in using MS Office products
- You understand English texts and can also communicate in English
- Confidence, diligence, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are your strengths
