YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you the opportunity to actively shape your entry into professional life with us. Your tasks will be as varied as the departments you get to know during your apprenticeship with us. In addition to the Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing and Order Processing, Finance and HR departments, you will also make a detour to Production to familiarise yourself with our products. And that's not all that awaits you:
 
  • You will learn from us how to organise, schedule, communicate and prioritise
  • We will show you how to react flexibly to changing requirements or tasks
  • You will learn how to organise business trips, conferences and seminars and how to prepare for and follow up on them properly
  • We will show you how to write professional letters, whether letters or emails, and how to skilfully use your powers of expression
  • You will be shown how we at Condair work in a customer- and service-orientated way and apply our commercial thinking in a targeted manner
  • You will learn about the variety of administrative processes and how to work with Andatec and SAP
  • During your training, your trainers will always be on hand with help and advice and will prepare you for the intermediate and final exams.

YOUR BACKGROUND

We believe that the following will help you to successfully complete your apprenticeship: 
 
  • You have successfully completed your secondary school leaving certificate or your Abitur (soon)
  • Very good written and spoken German as well as good spelling and grammar skills 
  • A good understanding of numbers and not afraid of Excel spreadsheets and statistics
  • You are confident in using MS Office products
  • You understand English texts and can also communicate in English
  • A confident demeanour, diligence, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are your strengths

In the regular trainee meeting, in trainee projects or on the trainee excursion, you will also get to know the other trainees better and benefit from their experience.
