YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for a colleague for our Refurbishment team who will manage our "Incident Process" as the head of our test benches and be the first escalation level.  In your role, you will lead a team of approximately 15 employees and the following tasks await you:
 
  • Responsible for maintaining and reducing the incident rate as well as maintaining and improving quality standards.
  • Analysing incident and quality indicators and taking over the reporting of the "Incident Management" process
  • Providing and maintaining the tools, processes, qualifications and regulations for effective and efficient incident handling
  • Incident handling and analysis
  • Conduct technical training of test bed and customer service staff
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of maintenance equipment modifications and proactive replacement of materials
  • Assistance in 2nd level support

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

You have completed a technical degree (or comparable) and have at least 5 years of professional experience. Furthermore, you bring the following with you: 
  • You have good knowledge and experience in the area of incident management.
  • You have extensive knowledge in the areas of hydraulics, electronics and programming. 
  • Knowledge of water chemistry will make it easier for you to get started 
  • You already have experience in leading teams 
  • Your strengths include the ability to work under pressure, reliability and excellent communication skills 
  • You are an organisational talent and your way of working is always structured and solution-oriented. 
  • Your German language skills are very good, both written and spoken, English is an advantage
