YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Month-End Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reports by uploading files, consolidating finance reports from different legal entities, conducting intercompany reconciliation, and distributing reports to support effective decision-making
- Financial Analysis and Support: Act as the main finance contact for country managers, analyze financial performance (sales, orders, margins, SG&A), produce bridge analyses, explain budget variances, and provide guidance
- Annual Budget Preparation: Collaborate with Group Finance and legal entities, provide analytical support during budget reviews, identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities, and input data into COGNOS
- Compliance and Transaction Recording: Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and local legal requirements, and assist in reporting the annual internal control system
- KPI Calculation: Provide numbers and calculate KPIs for the team
- Risk Mitigation: Recommend and implement controls to mitigate identified risks
- Group Finance Requirements: Meet group finance requirements such as weekly tracking of sales pipeline and margin analysis
- Business Reviews: Participate in monthly business reviews with senior management

Ad-Hoc Analyses: Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management -
Training and Support: Support, train, enable, and monitor local finance managers to maintain group reporting guidelines and deadlines -
Project Management: Undertake ad-hoc projects as required by senior management, such as setting up new legal entities.

YOURS SKILLS
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Finance Controller in an international environment
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interrogate data and influence others
- Confident in presenting financial data to non-financial audiences
- Proactive, positive attitude, self-motivated, trustworthy, reliable, and results-oriented
- Intercultural skills and willingness to travel globally (total travel time is approximately one to two weeks per quarter)
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Korean, or Japanese is a plus
- BSD degree in Finance or equivalent
