Join our dynamic and diverse team where you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our Sales Cluster Future Markets:

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Month-End Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reports by uploading files, consolidating finance reports from different legal entities, conducting intercompany reconciliation, and distributing reports to support effective decision-making
  • Financial Analysis and Support: Act as the main finance contact for country managers, analyze financial performance (sales, orders, margins, SG&A), produce bridge analyses, explain budget variances, and provide guidance
  • Annual Budget Preparation: Collaborate with Group Finance and legal entities, provide analytical support during budget reviews, identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities, and input data into COGNOS
  • Compliance and Transaction Recording: Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and local legal requirements, and assist in reporting the annual internal control system
  • KPI Calculation: Provide numbers and calculate KPIs for the team
  • Risk Mitigation: Recommend and implement controls to mitigate identified risks
  • Group Finance Requirements: Meet group finance requirements such as weekly tracking of sales pipeline and margin analysis
  • Business Reviews: Participate in monthly business reviews with senior management
  • Ad-Hoc Analyses: Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
  • Training and Support: Support, train, enable, and monitor local finance managers to maintain group reporting guidelines and deadlines
  • Project Management: Undertake ad-hoc projects as required by senior management, such as setting up new legal entities.

YOURS SKILLS

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Finance Controller in an international environment
  • Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interrogate data and influence others
  • Confident in presenting financial data to non-financial audiences
  • Proactive, positive attitude, self-motivated, trustworthy, reliable, and results-oriented
  • Intercultural skills and willingness to travel globally (total travel time is approximately one to two weeks per quarter)
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages such as German, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Korean, or Japanese is a plus
  • BSD degree in Finance or equivalent
