YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you the opportunity to actively shape your entry into professional life with us. Your tasks are as varied as the departments you will get to know during your training with us. In addition to the Sales, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Purchasing, Order Processing, Finance and HR departments, you will also take a detour into Production and Production Planning to get to know our products in detail. You can also expect to learn a lot more:
 
  • You will learn from us how to manufacture components manually and mechanically
  • We will teach you how to assemble and disassemble components and show you how assemblies and machines are made from them
  • You will be introduced to planning, monitoring and optimising assembly and disassembly processes
  • We will show you how to monitor regulation and control components
  • Organising and monitoring the flow of materials is part of your training
  • You will learn how to use circuit and function diagrams of various systems
  • During your training, your trainers will always be there to give you advice and support, and they will prepare you for the intermediate and final exams

In order for you to successfully complete your training, we believe the following will help you: 
 
  • You have successfully completed your intermediate school-leaving certificate or your school-leaving certificate (soon)
  • You have technical understanding and enjoy assembly work
  • You enjoy maths and physics
  • You are self-motivated and willing to work hard 
  • Independence, teamwork and diligence are your strengths
